The Concealed System allows for a ceiling material of your choice to be applied below the joists. Some options are tongue & groove pine, 1X6 Cedar or Vinyl Soffit. The system uses aluminum channels concealed between the deck joists. The Concealed System is primarily used on new construction as the system is installed before the deck boards are attached. It can also be done when deck boards are being replaced with newer deck boards.
